Our History

Founded in 1978 by Mr. Prabhakar J. Shetty, Eastwell Industries began as a vision to provide import-substitute industrial products to the growing Indian market. What started as a modest trading firm for boiler spares has evolved into a global manufacturing powerhouse.

In 1991, we incorporated as a Private Limited entity and set up our first manufacturing unit in Ulhasnagar. Today, we operate a state-of-the-art 50,000 sq. ft. facility in MIDC Rabale, Navi Mumbai.
